Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities:
- Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests and assessments.
- Conduct intake interviews to gather comprehensive patient histories.
- Provide individual, group, or family therapy using evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
- Develop targeted, individualized treatment plans and continuously monitor patient progress.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records, therapy notes, and assessment reports.
- Consult and collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Psychologist.
- 2 to 4 years of post-doctoral clinical experience providing direct patient care.
- Experience with psychological assessment tools and psychometrics.
