Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests and assessments.
  • Conduct intake interviews to gather comprehensive patient histories.
  • Provide individual, group, or family therapy using evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
  • Develop targeted, individualized treatment plans and continuously monitor patient progress.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records, therapy notes, and assessment reports.
  • Consult and collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure to practice as a Psychologist.
  • 2 to 4 years of post-doctoral clinical experience providing direct patient care.
  • Experience with psychological assessment tools and psychometrics.
