Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Success Manager who can build strong relationships with clients while ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Understand client goals and ensure service delivery aligns with expectations
  • Manage client communication in a way that is professional, clear, and solution-oriented
  • Handle concerns and prevent escalations by proactive communication
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and realistic delivery
  • Maintain a balance between client satisfaction and team workload
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and performance insights to clients

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • 1+ years of experience in client servicing / account management / customer success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling ability
  • Experience working in a marketing agency or software house is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
