We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Success Manager who can build strong relationships with clients while ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.
Role and Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Understand client goals and ensure service delivery aligns with expectations
Manage client communication in a way that is professional, clear, and solution-oriented
Handle concerns and prevent escalations by proactive communication
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and realistic delivery
Maintain a balance between client satisfaction and team workload
Provide regular updates, reports, and performance insights to clients
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
1+ years of experience in client servicing / account management / customer success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling ability
Experience working in a marketing agency or software house is preferred
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
