Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Custom Clearance & Freight Forwarding Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end import clearance processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to guarantee the smooth and timely movement of goods.

Role and  Responsibilities:

• Manage import documentation in accordance with customs requirements.
• Liaise with shipping lines, and agents to ensure timely clearance of shipments.
• Handle freight forwarding operations for both sea and air shipments.
• Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues that may arise during the clearance or forwarding process.
• Maintain proper records, files, and reports related to shipments and customs clearance.
   

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in customs clearance and freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of air and sea freight documentation (BL, AWB, invoices, COO, etc.).
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
