Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Finance & Operations Head to oversee the financial and operational management of multiple businesses under the group's portfolio, including Aroma 24/7 Pakistan and Bismillah Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd.

This is a leadership role for a professional who can go beyond traditional finance functions and actively streamline business operations, establish SOPs, improve payment recovery systems, optimize supply chain and logistics processes, and support the expansion of Aroma 24/7 retail outlets through strategic planning and real estate evaluation.

The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in finance, operations management, retail business development, logistics, process improvement, and multi-business management.

Role and  Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Control

  • Lead and manage all financial operations across Aroma 24/7 and Bismillah Logistics.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth and profitability.
  • Streamline accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting processes.
  • Establish strong internal controls and financial governance frameworks.
  • Monitor profitability, operational costs, and working capital across all business units.
  • Oversee banking relationships, audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

Multi-Business Operations Management

  • Oversee operational performance across multiple business verticals.
  • Develop unified reporting structures and performance dashboards for management.
  • Ensure operational alignment between departments and business units.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement corrective measures to improve productivity and profitability.
  • Drive organizational growth through strategic planning and operational excellence.

SOP Development & Process Optimization

  • Create, implement, and monitor company-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Design and streamline business processes across finance, logistics, retail operations, procurement, inventory, and administration.
  • Develop effective payment recovery and receivables management systems.
  • Improve approval workflows, reporting structures, and operational controls.
  • Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and increase efficiency.

Retail Operations & Expansion

  • Possess strong knowledge of retail outlet operations and management.
  • Develop financial and operational models for existing and future Aroma 24/7 outlets.
  • Monitor outlet performance, inventory controls, sales trends, and profitability.
  • Establish operational standards and reporting systems for all retail locations.
  • Support franchise and company-owned outlet growth strategies.

Real Estate & Site Selection

  • Evaluate potential locations for new Aroma 24/7 outlets.
  • Conduct financial feasibility studies, location analysis, and return-on-investment assessments.
  • Negotiate commercial lease agreements and coordinate with landlords, developers, and property consultants.
  • Assess footfall, demographics, accessibility, and commercial viability of prospective retail locations.
  • Develop expansion plans based on market opportunities and business objectives.

Supply Chain & Logistics Management

  • Optimize procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics operations.
  • Develop operational and financial controls for supply chain activities.
  • Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Improve inventory planning and stock management systems.
  • Support operational efficiency across Bismillah Logistics and Aroma 24/7 supply chains.

ERP & Business Systems Development

  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of ERP and business management systems.
  • Develop integrated modules for finance, inventory, logistics, procurement, retail operations, and reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy and visibility across all departments.

Build KPI dashboards and management reporting systems for informed decision-making.

Required Skills

Qualifications

  • CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, MBA Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in finance and operations leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing multiple businesses or business units simultaneously.
  • Strong background in retail operations, logistics, supply chain management, and financial planning.
  • Demonstrated experience in SOP development, process reengineering, and operational restructuring.
  • Experience in ERP implementation and business systems development is highly preferred.
