Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop lesson plans, learning activities, and assessments that meet curriculum standards.
  • Conduct laboratory experiments and ensure proper handling of chemicals and lab equipment.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
  • Provide additional academic support and guidance to students as needed.
  • Prepare students for internal exams, external assessments, and competitive tests.
  • Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development sessions.
  • Collaborate with other science faculty to enhance interdisciplinary teaching.
  • Stay up to date with developments in science education and integrate new methods into teaching.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • Prior teaching experience in Chemistry and/or Biology at the appropriate grade level.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Passion for science education and inspiring young minds.
  • Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and scientific equipment handling.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a professional demeanor.
