Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to prepare high-quality meals, manage kitchen operations, and ensure excellent food presentation. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and experienced in handling kitchen activities efficiently.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards
  • Plan menus and suggest new recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff
  • Ensure proper food storage and safety procedures
  • Control food costs and minimize waste

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or catering service
  • Relevant diploma or certification in culinary arts is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to prepare a variety of cuisines and dishes
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Leadership skills to manage and guide kitchen staff
  • Creativity in menu planning and food presentation
  • Ability to manage inventory and control food costs
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
