Job Opportunity: Chat & Call Support (Female)

We are looking for dedicated Female Support Staff to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting customers on our ticket-selling website by answering their questions and resolving their concerns via chat and phone calls.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support through live chat and phone calls.

  • Answer customer queries regarding ticket bookings, payments, and website navigation.

  • Ensure a positive experience for every customer.

Shift Details (Rotating)

Please note that this position involves a rotating schedule every 15 days:

  • Morning Shift: 15 Days

  • Night Shift: 15 Days

  • Candidates must be comfortable switching between these shifts twice a month.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to handle customer inquiries patiently and professionally.

  • Reliable and punctual.

  • Computer Skills / Emails / Searching / MS Office

  • English Speaking and Listening is must
