Answer customer queries regarding ticket bookings, payments, and website navigation.

Required Skills
Shift Details (Rotating)
Please note that this position involves a rotating schedule every 15 days:
Morning Shift: 15 Days
Night Shift: 15 Days
Candidates must be comfortable switching between these shifts twice a month.

Ability to handle customer inquiries patiently and professionally.
Reliable and punctual.
