Job Summary:

The Chat-Based International Sales Executive is responsible for engaging with international clients via chat platforms to promote and sell products or services. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, understanding client needs, and driving sales growth through online communication channels.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with prospective and existing international clients through chat platforms in a professional and timely manner.

  • Identify client needs and offer appropriate products or services.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in CRM systems.

  • Provide product information, resolve queries, and handle objections effectively.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve customer engagement and sales strategies.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an international context.

  • Excellent written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations efficiently.

  • Know how to use Facebook and Pc
