Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough according to standard recipes
  • Roll and cook chapatis evenly on a tawa or similar equipment
  • Ensure consistent size, shape, and quality of chapatis
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
  • Monitor ingredient stock and inform supervisor when supplies are low
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Prior experience as a chapati/roti maker preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of basic food hygiene practices
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
  • Team player with a responsible attitude
