Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough according to standard recipes
- Roll and cook chapatis evenly on a tawa or similar equipment
- Ensure consistent size, shape, and quality of chapatis
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Monitor ingredient stock and inform supervisor when supplies are low
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- Prior experience as a chapati/roti maker preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene practices
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Team player with a responsible attitude
