Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough with the correct consistency and ingredients.
  • Roll chapatis evenly and efficiently.
  • Cook chapatis on tawa or chapati machine ensuring proper texture and softness.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the cooking area, utensils, and equipment.
  • Ensure timely preparation of chapatis as per daily meal requirements.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
  • Assist in other kitchen tasks when required.
  • Manage stock of flour and related supplies.
  • Report any issues with equipment or ingredients to the supervisor.
