Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough with the correct consistency and ingredients.

- Cook chapatis on tawa or chapati machine ensuring proper texture and softness.
- Maintain cleanliness of the cooking area, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure timely preparation of chapatis as per daily meal requirements.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Assist in other kitchen tasks when required.
- Manage stock of flour and related supplies.
- Report any issues with equipment or ingredients to the supervisor.
