CCTV Monitoring Officer / Surveillance Operator @ SecureVision

Job Summary

SecureVision is hiring responsible and attentive individuals for CCTV Monitoring roles. The selected candidates will be responsible for monitoring live camera feeds, identifying suspicious activities, reporting incidents, and ensuring overall security compliance of assigned locations.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Candidates must be alert, disciplined, and capable of working in a professional security environment.
• Prior experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations will be preferred but not mandatory.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
• Detect and report suspicious, unusual, or criminal activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms, security breaches, and emergency situations.
• Communicate with on-site security staff, management, and law enforcement when necessary.
• Review and retrieve recorded footage for investigations and incident reporting.
• Maintain detailed logs of incidents, observations, and actions taken.
• Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning correctly and report faults or maintenance requirements.
• Follow company security procedures, policies, and data protection regulations.
• Control access monitoring systems where applicable.
• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and sensitive information.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports as required.
• Support investigations by providing accurate video evidence and documentation.

Shift Timings:

• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
