Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Process cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers.
  • Greet customers and provide friendly customer service.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
  • Maintain and balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Ensure pricing and transaction information is accurate.

Required Skills

  • Minimum Matriculation or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic mathematics and computer skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
