Role and Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
Issue receipts, refunds, and change correctly.
Maintain and balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
Assist in stock management and price checking when required.
Follow company policies and security procedures.
Skills and Qualification:
Minimum Matric / Intermediate qualification.
Previous cashier or retail experience preferred (Fresh candidates can apply).
Basic mathematical and computer skills.
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Good communication and customer service skills.
