Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.

  • Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.

  • Issue receipts, refunds, and change correctly.

  • Maintain and balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.

  • Assist in stock management and price checking when required.

  • Follow company policies and security procedures.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum Matric / Intermediate qualification.

  • Previous cashier or retail experience preferred (Fresh candidates can apply).

  • Basic mathematical and computer skills.

  • Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.
