Job Summary

Role and  Responsibilities:

  • Process daily cash and electronic transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan repayments.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer and ensure all transactions are recorded properly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Educate members about available financial products and services.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the bank.
  • Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
  • Adhere to all security and compliance regulations, ensuring the confidentiality of member information.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills

Skills:

  • Cash Handling: Strong numerical skills and accuracy in processing cash transactions.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist members effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.
  • Software Knowledge: Experience with GL software for managing financial records.
  • Rupeeba Software: Ability to navigate and use Rupeeba software for transaction processing and account management.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to maintaining cash drawer accuracy and transaction records.
  • Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
