Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Case Managers in coordinating and monitoring client cases and support services.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, records, and documentation.
  • Schedule client appointments, meetings, assessments, and follow-up visits.
  • Prepare, organize, and file reports, correspondence, and case-related documents.
  • Collect and update client information in case management databases or information systems.
  • Communicate with clients, service providers, and partner organizations to facilitate service delivery.
  • Track referrals, appointments, and follow-up actions to ensure continuity of care and support.
  • Support the preparation of case summaries, reports, and statistical data.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with organizational policies, donor requirements, and confidentiality standards.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in case management, social services, healthcare, humanitarian organizations, or administrative support is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case management information systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
