Job Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking Cargo Agents for DNATA – Dubai Airport to manage cargo operations efficiently and ensure smooth movement of goods within the airport cargo terminal.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Handle cargo documentation and ensure timely processing of shipments.
• Manage cargo acceptance, build-up, breakdown, and delivery processes.
• Ensure proper tagging, handling, and storage of cargo shipments.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, airline staff, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound cargo.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards.
• Operate basic cargo handling equipment as required.
• Follow all airport and DNATA safety protocols.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• English Proficiency Test (EPT) Score: Overall 3 (with no component marked as minus/failed)
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Medical Clearance:

• Must clear Color Blindness Test and Hearing Test (Both tests must be recorded and mentioned on the EPT assessment)
•  Strong communication and coordination skills
• Physically fit and able to handle cargo lifting and movement
