Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the premises.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property and report any maintenance issues.
  • Perform basic repair and maintenance tasks as required.
  • Ensure the security and safety of the building, equipment, and surrounding areas.
  • Monitor utilities and ensure proper functioning of facilities.
  • Assist residents, staff, or visitors with facility-related needs.
  • Coordinate with maintenance contractors and service providers when necessary.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and facility regulations.
  • Support emergency response procedures when required.
