Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and order of the assigned premises.
• Carry out basic repairs and report major maintenance issues.
• Ensure security and safety of the building or facility.
• Monitor and manage entry/exit of visitors when required.
• Water plants and maintain outdoor areas if applicable.
• Ensure lights, water, and other utilities are functioning properly.
• Assist residents, staff, or visitors with basic needs.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Minimum education: Matric or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in maintenance or housekeeping is an advantage.
• Basic repair and maintenance knowledge.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Responsible, honest, and reliable behavior.
