Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of the premises, including common areas, corridors, and outdoor spaces.
- Perform minor repair and maintenance tasks such as fixing lights, plumbing issues, or reporting major faults.
- Open and close the facility on time and ensure proper security of all entries and exits.
- Monitor and supervise visitors, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Assist residents, staff, or guests with their basic needs or inquiries.
- Handle waste disposal and maintain proper hygiene standards.
- Ensure all equipment, tools, and supplies are stored safely and properly.
- Coordinate with maintenance or management teams for any required repairs.
- Keep a daily log of activities, issues, or incidents.
- Ensure overall safety and security of the property at all times.
