Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Care and Support
- Provide assistance and support to individuals under care.
- Help with daily activities as required.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents or occupants.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and report incidents to supervisors.
Facility Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas.
- Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff when repairs are needed.
Monitoring and Security
- Monitor premises and ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Keep records of visitors, residents, or occupants where applicable.
- Report suspicious activities or safety concerns immediately.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain daily logs and reports.
- Assist in inventory management of supplies and equipment.
- Follow organizational policies and procedures.
Health and Safety
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Administer basic first aid when required (if trained).
- Support emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- Minimum Matriculation/High School Certificate.
- Previous experience in caregiving, facility management, housekeeping, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices.

Duty Timings:
- Day Shift: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (12 Hours)
- Night Shift: 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM (12 Hours)
The caretaker will work on a rotational shift basis as assigned by management.
