Monitor live CCTV footage and recorded video feeds.
Identify and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or emergencies.
Maintain detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
Coordinate with security staff and management in case of any issue.
Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly.
Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance data and company information.
Follow company safety and security protocols strictly.
Skills and Qualification:
Minimum Matric
Prior experience in CCTV monitoring or security (preferred).
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to stay alert during night shifts.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Responsible, trustworthy, and disciplined personality.
