We are looking for a confident and results-driven Calling Agent for our USA B2B campaign. The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with USA-based businesses, pitching BizTech Resource Analyst’s services, generating interest, and converting leads into sales. This is a remote, commission-based role ideal for individuals with strong English communication and persuasive sales skills.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Reach out to USA-based businesses through calls and follow-ups
  • Pitch company services including SEO, social media marketing, HR outsourcing, and branding solutions
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable services
  • Build and maintain professional client relationships
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally
  • Follow up with interested prospects and close deals
  •  Maintain communication records and sales updates
  • Meet assigned sales and performance targets
  • Compensation

  • Performance-Based / Commission Only
  • Earn 10% – 30% commission per completed sale
  • No fixed salary or guaranteed payout
  • High performers have strong earning potential
