About the Role

We're looking for confident, English-fluent calling agents to join our USA B2B campaign. You'll be reaching out to US-based businesses, pitching BizTech's services (SEO, Social Media, HR, Branding), and closing deals on commission.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
  • Explain products, services, or offers clearly and persuasively
  • Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
  • Follow scripts or guidelines while keeping conversations natural
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and sales or lead goals
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Update CRM systems with call outcomes and notes

 

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Fluent English (spoken & written)
  • Strong sales & communication skills
  • Available for night shifts (USA business hours)
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Experience in B2B sales or cold calling is a plus

Compensation:


10% – 30% commission per sale (no fixed salary). Unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
