Job Summary

GE Solucions is currently looking for energetic and passionate call center representative to join our teams, we are hiring experienced and fresh call center agents for our DME Campaign.

Job Responsibility:

  • The Call Center Agent will be responsible to manage and take calls in a professional and confident manner.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics and responding to calls.
  • Manage outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify the customer needs on call, seize the opportunity to upsell the DME Service with clear information.

Required Skills

Job Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, with a good accent.
  • Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar campaign is a plus and preferred (Fresh Candidates can also apply)
  • The candidate should be punctual and responsible with a positive attitude.
  • Must have basic computer knowledge.
