The Call Center Agent will be responsible to manage and take calls in a professional and confident manner.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics and responding to calls.
Manage outbound calls in a timely manner.
Identify the customer needs on call, seize the opportunity to upsell the DME Service with clear information.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, with a good accent.
Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Prior experience in a similar campaign is a plus and preferred (Fresh Candidates can also apply)
The candidate should be punctual and responsible with a positive attitude.
Must have basic computer knowledge.
