Role and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with their DME needs.
- Process orders for medical equipment and supplies accurately and efficiently.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.
- Educate patients on the proper use and maintenance of their equipment.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure correct DME prescriptions.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Follow up on outstanding orders and ensure timely delivery of equipment.
Required Skills
Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience is required in DME.
- Punctual and responsible.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good customer handling skills.
- Fresher candidate can apply should be fluent in English.
