Job Summary
About the Role:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team for selling telecommunications product (SIMs & Packages). As part of our BPO operation, you will support one of the leading telecom service providers by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is an onsite job and our head office is based in Dubai.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for telecom customers (mobile, broadband, or TV services)
- Assist with billing inquiries, technical issues, service upgrades, and plan changes
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide effective solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using CRM systems
- Meet or exceed daily performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary
- Follow all company and client protocols and quality standards

Required Skills
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus (A/O Levels)
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred (BPO experience a bonus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (multilingual is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude
- Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
