Position Overview:

Our agents are responsible for researching current and future residential home sale opportunities by calling homeowners across the US to find out if they are interested in selling their home. Once interest is established, Agents capture key information related to the home passes along the information to one of our sales agents in the US.

Summary of Responsibilities:

High volume outbound calling to homeowners in the US to research current and future sale opportunities.
Develop rapport with homeowners to maximize the information gathered on calls.
Overcome objections and always maintain the highest professional standards.
Accurately input the information gathered on calls into the database.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Can speak proficient English (American Accent Preferable).
  • Previous experience of high-volume outbound telephone customer service or sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills including effective questioning and rapport building.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based metrics.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.

Preference:

  • Candidate with good communication skills in English (American Accent Preferable).
