Job Summary

We are a call center located at Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi looking forward to hire Telesales Executives for evening and night shifts. Both fresh and experienced can apply.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Males and females both are required
• Pick n drop is not provided
• At least have basic communication skills in English
• Training will be provided after hiring

• Fast and accurate typing

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)

• Ability to manage multiple screens and applications

Problem-Solving & Handling Issues

• Quick decision-making

• Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions

• Complaint resolution

• Troubleshooting customer problem
