Job Summary

Job Description:
Ace International is hiring Lead Generation Agents for our outbound U.S. cold calling campaign. We’re looking for confident, fluent English speakers with a drive to perform in a fast-paced call center environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective U.S.-based clients.

• Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on campaign criteria.

• Clearly communicate product/service features and benefits.

• Generate interest and schedule follow-ups or appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in the CRM system.

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

• Handle objections professionally and remain resilient under pressure.

• Collaborate with team members and participate in regular training sessions.

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Candidates must have strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Minimum education requirement is O-Level.
