Role and Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
  • Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

  • Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s qualification preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Fresh candidates can apply; experience in a call center will be preferred
