Role and Responsibilities
Business Strategy & P&L Ownership
- Define and execute the business unit strategy for Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
- Drive P&L, revenue, margins, pricing strategy, and cost optimization for the business unit.
- Identify new market opportunities, technology trends, and product offerings to enhance competitiveness.
Delivery & Operations Management
- Oversee deployment, configuration, integration, and lifecycle management of network and security solutions.
- Lead Managed Services operations across NOC, SOC, monitoring, support, and SLAs.
- Drive service delivery excellence, uptime, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales Directors and account teams to support enterprise and carrier sales.
- Provide tactical support in high-value deals, RFP responses, and technical negotiations.
- Enable cross-selling and upselling within the customer ecosystem.
Partnerships & OEM Ecosystem Development
- Lead strategic engagement with global OEMs including Palo Alto, Cisco, Trace9, SolarWinds, Kaspersky, Alcatel-Lucent, and others.
- Build joint go-to-market plans and manage certifications, incentives, rebates, and pipeline development.
- Evaluate emerging vendors and partnership opportunities to expand offerings.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team across presales, delivery, SOC/NOC, and project management.
- Establish KPIs and performance governance frameworks.
- Ensure continuous upskilling and certifications in networking and cybersecurity technology stacks.
Customer Engagement & Escalation Handling
- Act as senior technical authority for enterprise clients and complex deployments.
- Manage high-priority escalations and ensure end-to-end resolution.
- Strengthen long-term customer relationships through advisory and consulting-led engagement.
Required Skills
Skill and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise networking and cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership or business unit role.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN)
- Security (Firewalls, SIEM, SOC/SOAR, Endpoint, Zero Trust, SASE)
- NOC/SOC operations and managed services
- Proven track record of owning P&L and driving business growth.
- Strong experience in designing and delivering complex ICT projects for large enterprises.
- Deep relationships with OEMs and technology partners.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
