We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Business Surveillance Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will monitor real-time operational feeds, maintain surveillance logs, and ensure seamless security and operational oversight for commercial facilities.
Role and Responsibilities:
Live Feed Monitoring: Actively observe and track live CCTV/surveillance camera feeds.
Incident Reporting: Identify operational bottlenecks, security lapses, or SOP violations and document them accurately.
Log Maintenance: Keep clean daily activity logs and report key findings to team leads.
System Checks: Ensure visual feeds and tracking equipment remain connected and functional.
Skills and Qualification:
Sharp Attention to Detail: Ability to stay focused while monitoring visual feeds for extended periods.
Basic Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with standard desktop operating systems, media software, and digital record-keeping.
Punctuality & Reliability: Strict adherence to shift schedules and handovers.
Basic Written Communication: Ability to write clear, concise activity summaries and logs.
Integrity & Confidentiality: High level of professionalism in handling sensitive business data.
