Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring store operations, analyzing sales and inventory data, and supporting store coordination. This role plays a crucial part in data-driven decision-making, ensuring smooth store performance and supporting sales growth.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Monitor Store Operations: Track and oversee store activities to ensure seamless operations.
• Report Generation: Prepare reports, analyze data, and maintain records using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Store Coordination: Act as a point of contact between management and store team members, addressing queries and ensuring operational alignment.
• Data-Driven Insights: Provide actionable insights to optimize store performance and improve sales outcomes.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational issues that may impact store efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Recommend process enhancements to drive efficiency and support sales growth.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Customer Support or Business Development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Competence in MS Word or Google Docs for documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
