Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales growth, corporate partnerships, and client acquisition strategies. This role is ideal for a candidate with at least 3 years of corporate sales experience, a strong network, and a proven track record in building and closing high-value deals. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop strategies that increase revenue, expand market presence, and strengthen Aroma 24/7’s brand.

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with corporate clients, retailers, and B2B partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across industries.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to inform strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design tailored proposals, presentations, and campaigns for corporate clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports for senior management.
  • Represent Aroma 24/7 at corporate events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to achieve targ

Required Skills

Skills and Qualificaiton:

 
 
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate sales or business development experience, preferably in lifestyle, FMCG, retail, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop strategies for new market entry and client acquisition.
  • Comfortable with both client-facing interactions and internal collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in preparing sales reports and forecasts.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Existing corporate network and contacts in relevant sectors will be an advantage.
