We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our organization through new customer acquisition, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Role and Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, sales, and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align offerings with market demand.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics and sales targets.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to represent the company.
Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
Maintain accurate CRM records of all client interactions and opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
Proven track record of successfully generating leads, closing deals, and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals confidently.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
Market Research: Strong skills in analyzing markets, identifying trends, and recognizing opportunities.

CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.

Professional, persuasive, and resilient under pressure.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with data analysis tools or BI platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is a plus.
Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
Willingness to travel for client meetings or events (as required).
Valid driver’s license (for certain territories).
Multilingual ability is a plus (depending on market/region).
