Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop effective strategies and solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continually improve business development strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote brand awareness and foster new connections.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Previous experience in the industry or relevant market segment is a plus.<button></button>
