Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  •  Identifying and establishing new business organizing sales visits.
  •  Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products.
  •  Giving demonstrations, training, and presentations to help clients discover and understand products/services liaising with existing clients
  •  Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
  • Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations
  •  Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Keeping customers informed about new technological products.
  •  Providing pre-sales and post-sales support
  •  Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
  •  Supporting other members of the sales team by training them in the uses of products/services by attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
  •  Reporting to the lead about sales made.
  • Updating records of customer communications and contact information.
  •  Ensuring that sales targets are met.

Required Skills
  • At least Graduate with Computer Science background.
  • At least 2 years of I.T sales experience
