Identifying and establishing new business organizing sales visits.
Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products.
Giving demonstrations, training, and presentations to help clients discover and understand products/services liaising with existing clients
Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations
Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
Keeping customers informed about new technological products.
Providing pre-sales and post-sales support
Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
Supporting other members of the sales team by training them in the uses of products/services by attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
Reporting to the lead about sales made.
Updating records of customer communications and contact information.
Ensuring that sales targets are met.
Required Skills
At least Graduate with Computer Science background.
At least 2 years of I.T sales experience
