About the Role

EliteToys.pk is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should be active on social media, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of handling customer inquiries while helping grow the business.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and website chat support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist with order placement.
  • Post products regularly on social media platforms, Facebook groups, and marketplaces.
  • Promote products and increase brand visibility online.
  • Enter customer and order information accurately into the company portal.
  • Understand product features and explain them clearly to customers.
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase sales and business growth.
  • Coordinate deliveries and customer communications when required.
  • Visit vendors, customers, or business locations when necessary.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Active social media user with knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and online marketplaces.
  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
  • Basic computer and internet skills.
  • Ability to learn product features and explain them confidently.
  • Must know how to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid driving license.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and sales-oriented.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer support, or social media marketing is preferred.
