Job Summary

Role and  Responsibilities:

  • Incumbent meets with potential clients, negotiates contracts, and addresses their inquiries, concerns, and special requests.

  • To create a good business relationship with the customers.
  • Induction of new customers.
  • Increase business through good marketing of our product.
  • Taking maximum Sale Orders.
  • Focus on the given target to achieve.
  • Having monthly visits to the customers.
  • Taking feedback on samples from customers provided to them.
  • Sending timely invoices.
  • Following up on the recoveries.
  • Visits of customers is mandatory as per the jurisdiction allocated to staff.
  • To attain customer’s complaints and resolve the same timely.
  • Candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  •  Incumbent must have BBA (Marketing). MBA in relevant filed will be preferred.

  •  Fresh or 1-2 years of experience.
  • S/he must have excellent command over spoken and written English.
  • S/he must demonstrate highest level of ethical behavior and should have excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce.
  • S/he should be flexible in order to adapt to changes in work environment.
  • S/he should have excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • S/he must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
