The Role:

The Business Developer role revolves around good cliental relationships, the ideal candidate should be able to suggest corporate strategies and overall help the company to increase business through lead generation and marketing.

Job Responsibility:

  • The Business Developer will be responsible to explore and develop new IT business opportunities and have a thorough understanding of client’s requirements and acquisitions.
  • Will be managing freelancing projects by onboarding clients, communicating with the clients & managing the entire co-ordinations.
  • Acquiring business and clients through different platforms (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelance, Guru, People per Hour, etc.)
  • Maintaining a list of potential leads and following up on potential customers by making subsequent sales pitches.
  • Will be responsible to prepare and write proposals for different freelancing projects by adhering to client needs and nature of the project along with price quotations.
  • Tracking of new projects, competitor’s activities & performance, sensing new changes in trends.
  • Adhering to the organization’s sales strategy to ensure all targets are met by researching business opportunities & viable income streams.
  • Building Network to acquire more business & Providing Strategic Inputs through proposals on what the market demands.
  • Developing business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Business Developer Management Role.
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, Interpersonal skills.
  • Having prior knowledge of client management & of biding through online platforms.
  • Proficient knowledge of writing tailored proposals with proper standards and format.
  • Must have excellent Market Knowledge and Problem-solving Skills.
  • Strong analytical skills along with the ability to quickly understand business requirements & quickly elaborate on underlying scenarios.
  • Good knowledge of Freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Upwork ,etc.)
  • Advanced Presentation & Persuasion skills.
  • Strong Customer Service & Sales Skills for generating leads.
