This is a hands-on role that blends logistics, e-commerce, and customer service in a growing premium fruit brand.
Required SkillsSkills and Qualification:
Handle customer orders and queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and calls
should have very good communication skills, esp in English
Maintain an organized customer database and order tracker
Coordinate daily deliveries through Bykea, TCS, or local riders
Oversee packaging, labeling, and quality control of outgoing fruit boxes
Update product listings and pricing on online store or WhatsApp catalog
Monitor seasonal stock, storage, and packing material inventory
Support basic website updates and social media campaign execution
Resolve delivery issues and ensure timely, professional customer service
able to set up stalls for product at shows and exhibitions
