Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis skills to identify business needs, requirements, and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the US team to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure alignment with assigned goals and targets.
• Utilize various analytical tools and techniques to interpret data, extract insights, and drive informed decision-making.
• Common Sense is MUST to think and share innovative and creative ideas for executions.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience of 3-4 years in retail industry or similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, concepts, and recommendations clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive collaboration.
