Key Responsibilities
Assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social health status.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient progress and document clinical information accurately.
Assist in diagnostic tests, procedures, and patient preparation.
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Respond to emergencies and provide immediate nursing interventions when required.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from relevant regulatory authority.
Clinical experience preferred (fresh graduates may apply if specified).
Strong knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred, if applicable).
