Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social health status.

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

  • Monitor patient progress and document clinical information accurately.

  • Assist in diagnostic tests, procedures, and patient preparation.

  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.

  • Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.

  • Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Respond to emergencies and provide immediate nursing interventions when required.

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from relevant regulatory authority.

  • Clinical experience preferred (fresh graduates may apply if specified).

  • Strong knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred, if applicable).
