Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing retail/distribution clients.
  • Ensure visibility and availability of products in the market.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to management.
  • Conduct regular market visits and manage in-store merchandising.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for stock replenishment.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5-8years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Good understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.

  • Valid driver’s license (if field work is involved).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with distributors or retail chains.
