Assist in planning and conducting Montessori learning activities.
Create a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Encourage children to learn independently through hands-on activities.
Observe children's progress and report it to senior teachers.
Help children develop good manners, self-confidence, and positive behavior.
Prepare and organize Montessori learning materials.
Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play.
Communicate politely with parents regarding children's daily progress.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Montessori diploma/certificate is an advantage.
Fresh candidates or candidates with up to 1 year of teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
Passion for working with young children.
