Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate BBQ Chef to prepare high-quality grilled and barbecued food. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling grills, maintaining food quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of BBQ dishes (chicken, beef, mutton, seafood, etc.)
  • Operate grills, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely
  • Marinate meats and ensure proper seasoning and flavor
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure perfect results
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
  • Ensure food is presented attractively and served on time
  • Manage stock and inform management about ingredient needs
  • Follow all food safety and health regulations

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Proven experience as a BBQ Chef, Grill Cook, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of BBQ techniques (grilling, smoking, roasting)
  • Ability to marinate and season meat properly for rich flavor
  • Skilled in handling grills, charcoal, and kitchen equipment
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and handle multiple orders efficiently
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in hotel or restaurant industry
  • Knowledge of different BBQ styles Pakistani
  • Basic stock management and inventory knowledge
