Operate BBQ grills, smokers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and BBQ area.
Monitor inventory of ingredients and request supplies when needed.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely service.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Proven experience as a BBQ Chef, Grill Cook, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of grilling, smoking, and meat preparation techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of food safety standards.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
