Job Summary

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, marinate, and grill meats, seafood, and vegetables according to restaurant standards.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are up to the required standard.
  • Operate BBQ grills, smokers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and BBQ area.
  • Monitor inventory of ingredients and request supplies when needed.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely service.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Proven experience as a BBQ Chef, Grill Cook, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of grilling, smoking, and meat preparation techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of food safety standards.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
