HBL Bank Head Office – Position Overview
The female incumbent will be responsible for managing the recovery of overdue loans and non-performing accounts while ensuring accurate reporting and complete documentation. The role includes client follow-ups, coordination with internal departments, preparation of recovery-related reports, and strict adherence to banking regulations, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contact clients through calls, emails, official correspondence, and field visits (if required) to recover overdue loans and pending payments.
• Review delinquent accounts and recommend appropriate recovery actions in line with bank policies.
• Prepare, draft, and maintain legal notices, recovery letters, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate closely with Credit, Risk, Legal, and Operations departments to ensure smooth and timely recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate records of recovery activities and update account statuses regularly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports and present updates to management.
• Ensure all recovery actions comply with banking laws, internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.
• Handle client communication professionally, maintaining confidentiality and a courteous approach at all times.
• Support audits and inspections by providing required reports and documentation.

Required Skills

Skills & Qualification:

• Must have Bachelors degree
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (data analysis, reports, dashboards) and PowerPoint presentations.
• Good understanding of banking operations, loan recovery processes, and documentation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
